How to request a refund

Refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:

• Visit paddle.net, find your order using the email address you used at checkout, and request a refund; or
• Contact us via our contact page and we will help process it through Paddle.

Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time from your account billing page or via paddle.net to stop future renewals. If a renewal charge is unexpected, contact us within 30 days of the renewal date and we will work with Paddle to resolve it.

Chargebacks and abuse

We reserve the right to decline refunds for accounts showing patterns of abuse (for example, repeated refund requests after extensive feature usage). For payment disputes, please contact us before initiating a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly.
