1. Who we are
Sinisa Solutions LLC ("Sinisa Solutions", "we", "us") operates SEO Smart Engine (the "Service"). We are the data controller for personal data processed in connection with the Service. You can reach us via our contact page.
2. Personal data we collect
- Account data: name, email address, hashed password (or OAuth identifier), organization name.
- Profile and settings: brand voice, target keywords, target geos, white-label settings, websites you add.
- Usage and telemetry: pages viewed, actions taken, audit history, feature usage, error logs.
- Device and connection data: IP address, browser type, operating system, device identifiers, approximate location derived from IP.
- Support communications: messages you send us and our responses.
- Integrations: tokens and metadata for services you connect (e.g. Google Search Console, Bing Webmaster).

Payment card details are collected and processed by our payment provider Paddle, not by us. We receive only limited billing metadata such as country, last 4 digits, and transaction status.

4. Who we share data with
- Merchant of Record - Paddle: Paddle.com Market Limited acts as the Merchant of Record for all sales of the Service and handles checkout, payments, subscription management, tax compliance, invoicing, refunds, and chargebacks. Personal data necessary for those purposes is shared with Paddle. See the Paddle Privacy Policy.
- Service providers / subprocessors: cloud hosting and database (Lovable Cloud / Supabase), AI model providers (used to generate briefs, meta tags and similar outputs), email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, and customer support tooling. These providers are bound by confidentiality and data-protection terms.
- Professional advisers: lawyers, accountants and auditors, where necessary.
- Authorities: when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property.
- Successors: in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to the protections of this notice.
We do not sell your personal data.
5. International transfers
We and our subprocessors may process personal data in the United States, the European Economic Area, and other regions. Where personal data is transferred out of the UK or EEA, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as Standard Contractual Clauses or adequacy decisions.
6. Data retention
We keep personal data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the Service. We retain billing, tax and compliance records for the period required by law (typically up to 7 years). When data is no longer needed it is deleted or anonymized.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port, or object to processing of your personal data, and to withdraw consent. EU/UK residents may also lodge a complaint with their supervisory authority. You can exercise these rights by contacting us via the contact page. We aim to respond within 30 days.
8. Security
We use industry-standard technical and organizational measures including encryption in transit (TLS), encryption at rest, row-level security on our database, access controls, and audit logging. No system is perfectly secure; please use a strong, unique password.
9. Children
The Service is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
9a. Advertising and third-party measurement
We monetize parts of the Service (public tools, blog and guides) with Google AdSense. Google and its partners use cookies and similar technologies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site and other sites on the internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings or aboutads.info. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on a user's prior visits. We also use Google Analytics 4, the Google Ads conversion tag, and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel to measure traffic, attribute conversions, and improve our marketing. These tools may set cookies and transmit IP-derived data to Google and Meta. Paid-plan customers do not see AdSense ads.

We may update this notice. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice before they take effect.
