When you'll hear back

Every message is answered by a person, not a bot. We reply to support and billing questions within one business day, Monday to Friday. Messages that arrive over a weekend or a public holiday are picked up on the next working day. Requests that need us to reproduce something - a crawl that returned unexpected results, a Search Console connection that will not complete - can take a little longer, and we will tell you where things stand rather than leaving you waiting in silence.

You will receive an automatic confirmation as soon as your message is delivered. If that confirmation never arrives, the form did not reach us: email support@seosmartengine.com directly and check your spam folder for our reply.

What to include

The more of this you can give us up front, the faster we can fix the problem instead of asking follow-up questions:

• The email address on your account, so we can find it. Never send us your password - we will never ask for it.
• The exact page or tool you were using, and the URL you were analysing.
• What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
• The full text of any error message, and roughly when it happened.
• For billing questions, the order or invoice reference from your receipt email.
• Your browser and whether you were on desktop or mobile, if something looked wrong on screen.

What we can help with

Account and billing questions, plan changes, refunds under our refund policy, bug reports, feature requests, agency and white-label enquiries, press and partnership enquiries, and help interpreting a report the platform produced for you.

We cannot promise a specific ranking position, submit anything to a search engine that its own guidelines prohibit, or take on manual link building on your behalf.
